The home cooks reviving forgotten British dishes you've probably never heard of
Great news for foodies in Bedford! It seems some of our local home cooks are bringing back forgotten traditional dishes, including the classic Bedfordshire clanger. It's wonderful to see these culinary pieces of our history being revived right here in our community.
Carrageen pudding and Bedfordshire clangers might no longer be household staples, but some home chefs are bringing them back.
